Are you running an aftermarket wideband sensor with a secondary narrow band output to the ECU (to run the gauge and ECU at the same time)?
Odds on thats setup wrong.
OR the classic of not plugging the Lambda back in the Lambda plug

Well I think I see an error. I only have 1 O2 sensor
However opcom is thinking I have sensor 2 plugged in instead of sensor 1, it's reading 451 mV
Air fuel ratio is lean
O2 sensor loop open
My afr guage is showing 12.4
Ah, good you got it working.

And it clearly indicates something is wrong with the O2 feedback. (Do you still have a post cat O2 sensors fitted in your exhaust and wired in?)
I'm not familiar with your or the Z20LET wirings, but is it anyway possible to plug the O2 sensor(s) in the wrong connector? On the 2,2 the connectors are completely different.
