Got myself a tin of goo and a mash bin today. Shall be making it up this weekend :) Going to use those EasyKegs that you can get beer from Adnams and the like in as they seem good value and will last well.

Is it 'bad form' to use plastic PET bottles with crown caps..... First batch is going into easy kegs but really want to get a 2nd brew on and PET bottles are silly cheap.

Currently only 3.99% but once it's finished primary fermentation it should be knocking on the door of 5% :D

If you've got a crown capper surely you can just reuse any old beer bottles you or neighbours etc have?
