Thanks for the update thumbsup Did you have any problems with the suspension hitting the bumpstops?

No, until now i 've not experienced any bumpstop hit, roads here are quite smooth and i'm very careful on bumby roads ;)
Remember that this fcuking front springs are progressive, initial compression is softer than original, but suddenly the compression rate increase really high make the spring hard enough to confuse with a bumpstop hit.

Cheers

P.S. I've found on lotus service manual that the uprated springs supplied with sport damper set are progressive on front.
Front: from original 27.5 N\mm to 25-40 N\mm dual rate
Rear: from 40 N\mm to 50 N\mm

This rates seems like the eibach solution!!

I had them for 1-2 years. Slightly softer fronts which could give less understeer and better balance. Better comfort as well. The car looks much better with them thumbsup The fronts are progressive, which may or may not be mistaken for a bump stop. Tried them, liked them, but there are drawbacks.

I bought Nitrons since I do a lot of trackdays. I thought there was too much body roll, so I wanted to stiffen the car a bit. May buy the adjustable ARB from plans later, as well

Tried them, liked them, but there are drawbacks.

Drawbacks compared to the OE suspension, or compared to a complete suspension kit (Nitrons/Ohlins)?

The drawback was, compared to the OE ones, that because the front springs were softer I suspected that the body roll was greater. Another thing was that, since they were progressive, u had that harsh bump stop feel on B-roads. But its no big deal; the car certainly looks better and the ride is more comfortable. thumbsup
