I was off work today.
Aside from that I took the VX a wee run up to Glencoe, days like these are why I wouldn't even consider SORN-ing the daft thing. 240mile round trip, some of the best (if not THE best) scenery in the UK, the roads were well kept, heater worked, some good music, no traffic...awesome!

Just took delivery of 288 cans of Mt. Dew, 24 cans of Vanilla Coke, 48 american pop tarts, 9 reese's cups, a box of lucky charms and 1 hersheys chocolate bar.
This makes me happy.

Having sorted out the surround sound/hdmi switch etc on our TV I did the same
We watched in the cinema first....laughed 10x more second time around

Christmas shopping with a mate for his Mrs. Funny seeing him stress over what to get even though he has a list. I have nothing to buy so just get to look at all the pretty ladys (yes there are a few in Doncaster).

Congratulations, it is a great feeling (more as relief of it not falling through than anything else) First mortgage? Odd so be ready to realise how much easier life can be, yet more complex with decorating options than with rented accommodation.

Is a simple remortgage with change of ownership of 50% of the property from my brother to my wife.
4 months in and 4 working days until the offer expires, leaving us with circa £3k of costs to pay out.
But as said have been told should go through tomorrow!
