Spending 2hrs putting together a fab climbing frame and slide for my kids and then watching them play on it for hours as I sat and watched them with a glass of Sancerre!

Fortunately most of the landscaping was done by the previous owner, but needed tidying up. Got my next project (after the bathroom & before converting the remaining double bedroom into a nursery) is to install the window I have made into the white shed and then knock through from that one into the one next to it. Then insulate it and board it and decorate it.

Done twelve laps on Abu Dhabi F1 circuit this evening in a formula 3000 car. A bit detuned, but still a decent drive in the sunset.

An absolute knobhead at work nearly lost his toe yesterday. He was bare footed and stubbed his big toe on the floor and it folded under his foot and he stood on it with all his weight. It snapped the bone and ripped all the skin so the toe was just hanging on at one side. Really cheered up my Monday.
