If you are on a budget you will get a better Na than a turbo.
Yeah I agree also when you have the spare cash then you can supercharge it

If you try both you will naturally want a turbo but when you learn to drive a nA it will give you a lot more satisfaction,
Especially when the turbo lot can't understand why they can't get away from you
whatever helps you sleep....
If you naturally want a turbo why force the option of not?
Mate, try both - each to their own. For £8K you will get a cracking n/a but at the same time the price at which some of these very good example turbos have been selling for recently you wont be far shy of a nice tubby. At the end of the day your buying a great fun car regardless of which engine is behind your shoulders.

I think a nice NA would be a better option than a tatty T, with a possible view to SC, didnt realise how cheap it was to SC.
I would be keeping an eye on this one - http://www.ebay.co.u...=item337b22c225
If the car all checks out it seems to have a very reasonable starting price and you may be able to snap it up within budget.

Just wanted to say thanks to Jon Fuller for the tour just now, very quick car
Think a straight NA might not be for me but loved the look of the VX220 and the seating position was spot on for the sort of drive I am looking for.
I work in Teddington, I just wish I could get mine to work so you could try it out ans see what an SC can do.
