Thanks Matt for your help and encouragement, hope you got those relays back in ok.

Can I just say thanks to all those who gave information and encouragement during this trying time and a BIG thanks to Vocky and Exmantaa for their patience and explaining how to check various things, for anyone reading this I didn't appreciate that the second pump was only powered when the engine was cranking. I had disconnected the coil pack to crank the engine to supply some oil through the system before running it.
