Great read you was updating it so quick couldn't keep up lol
Lots of goodies and great work gone into project well done .
Makes me want to buy a Dax and do something similar. ;-) top job keep up the good work

The Rush is a corker, but if I could afford it a Tojiero with obligatory V8 would have to be the way forward.

Ummm.. Couldn't you disassemble the plenum cover and 'flip it over' so to speak so the intake is located at the bottom instead of the top? Or does it then foul on the chassis rail?

If it doesn't foul then it won't stick out as far upward and you'd save some 90-degree bends in the air patch from the intercooler to the intake too...

Bye, Arno.

one rather hot bannana!!!!
Posted Image

we had issues regulating boost due to me fitting the takes off before the throttle body meaning we were unsure how much boost the engine was getting!
this was an annoying oversight but the engine was run in and had some boost run through it, here is the dyno sheet, it does spool faster at the bottom end but we were opening the wastgate with a compressor haha

all in all i was happy, the engine held together and didnt really have any issues apart from the pickup for the sensor being in the wrong place

vid of it running
