Mine sounds the same, thought mine wasn't normal when I first fitted it. The lass hates the noise but I think its great. Not sure how loud it is outside of the car though

I like the apexi but no doubt it would be a different answer if I was sat in the passenger seat, I do feel sorry for the passengers though

I like the apexi but no doubt it would be a different answer if I was sat in the drivers/passenger seat, I do feel sorry for the passengers though

My mate popped round and from outside the car he said it sounds alright. :blink: I'll give it a couple of weeks and see how it goes.

Tim, Just fitted mine finally. Mine sounds nothing like yours? Strange. I absolutely love it. Under boost its like having Darth Vader sat behind me! Now the car sounds as well as it goes!

I dont think thats the filter! When its all ready to run properly we can hunt down where thats coming from.

I bet it's from the lsj throttle body's extra hole, What's the best way to seal that up

Has anyone got the larger flange for an apexi kicking about please? Or does anyone know where I can get one as I have the 65mm version 🙁. I need the larger one to go to 80mm pipe work. Thanks, Jon

You caused me some hassle tonight After I could not put my hand on my on what I was looking for the suggested I clean it up So my day off work is now taken by looking and cleaning the garage But will have a answer for you tomoz morning I'm sure it's in there somewhere as I found the filter
