So you can see this is taken from the engine opening looking down to the ear.

The blue arrow is a mounting point for the original OE bracket, which I've removed, but used the original bolt to mount the bracket (green) then connected to the filter via one of the 4 bolts used to mount the flange to the filter itself.(pink)

What size is the hose that goes to the filter internal diameter and length (pink arrow)

The amm is 63mm the hose stays the same diameter to the filter.

Will that make the hose 63mm internal diameter? You don't know the length of the hose? Sorry for the simple questions my car is in the garage I'm going to order a apexi filter and just wanted to order this hose in silicone. Cheers

Yes, I don't know the length sorry. If I had to guess I'd say 15-20cm although you could always get more and cut it to length.

Well the days may be numbered for the apexi! Been on a few months but actually fired it up for the first time today. The whilstling on lift off can NOT be normal!!!

Don't think mine does that on lift of...but then again I've been in it for 3 weeks lol so maybe I've forgot what it's like lol
