Starter motor? Thought we had to remove the inlet manifold to get to the starter motor?

there are lots of red wires around the engine mount/started motor/aut area.. where do they all go? one goes to the starter motor.. but what one?

the big red wire with a tab on the end goes onto the starter motor, the tab sits in a slot on the starter motor, the small wire goes to the 8mm nut on the starter motor, the wire which comes from the big red wire (now hopefully attached to the starter motor) goes to the alternator, ensure you fit it correctly or it will arc across to the inlet manifold and cause a fire. The final black plug with the smaller red wire plugs into the alternator.
