what sort of ride height do these give?

currently on lowering springs which are far too low but don't want to go up to 4x4 spec.

Max 15mm I've read. Ideal would be to keep themm oem level and lower it with loweringbrackets to 15 or 25mm.

When would these be delivered by? Just discovered that one of my dampers is a pothole away from complete destruction and I've got a track day booked on the 3rd Jan :/
