i think that should keep you busy for a while
1. injectors suggest blue vxr ones if you can find them
2. fix U bend and check fuel regulator
3. another fuel learn
4. another log (aiming for around 80-85% duty cycle only @ max rpm )
5. if you have already had a new pump have you changed fuel filter

From the few OBD tuned SC cars I saw here, the normal OBD fuel learning seems to overfuel a bit and you get high IDC's at higher rpms.
A few fuel learn sessions with a wideband sensor in the tail normalized things back to a decent IDC value. (And AFR...)

Im confused, we had blue injectors fitted for a while and they were a straight swap. We didnt modify any connectors.Yes very true, good shout Stefan Might be worth getting some green lsj ones to start off with and lower rpm limit to 6700 just to try and solve issues I bet batman Joe has a set you could borrowBlue also means connector conversion.

The green LSJ / Saab injectors have the same connector as the standard NA injectors. Many swap to EV1 connector type when going SC, as that is what the standard Turbo injectors and uprated VXR blue injectors use (and just generally give a larger selection). You'd have to switch back to the other plug type to the green LSJ / Saab injectors. Link below contains a pic showing different connector types (Standard NA is Multec 2) https://zzperformanc...or-harness.html
