A quick search reveals in standard for with a 6,500 rpm rev limit the NA will hit 58.5mph in second. With a 7,000rmph rev limit it will hit 63mph in second. It will hit 60 at 166rpm past where the current red line is.

Muncher, u have a very valid point! I thought it was a 0-60 in 5.6 seconds. I think with the rev limit higher on a standard car you will get at least a 5.2 sec. J

I wouldn't be too sure about that... 5.6 secs is a lotus time, probably launching from 2nd at about 6000rpm or something stupid :o

IIRC, EVO reported 5.5 secs for a VXT! (in the end of term bit)...

Cheers, Paul.

:groupjump: :groupjump: hurrah!! just booked mine in for cs1 + fitting JKays old VSE on may 5th.courtenay charging a v.reasonable £52 to fit the backbox. contrast with vauxhall quoting a 4 hr job time and probably adding some scratches to the paintwork just for good measure and it all looks, at just shy of £300 all in, like a right bargain. clearly that exlcudes purchase of JayK's VSE (which I might add was v.reasobaly priced too)..and I am well happy ..just in time for norfolk meet on 8th. chinky chinky :grouphug: can't wait!!! :groupjump: :groupjump: chinky chinky
