Last week I had to go to another off-site department to analyse what they do, and am currently writing a doc making recommendations to make 2 of them redundant (as this is what my manager has asked)

 

This is the second time I've had to do this in 4 months, and it wasn't even mentioned at my job interview. Not a nice thing to do, but business is business.

Stuck in traffic on the M11 north of J8 on Thursday night. Things had come to an absolute halt.
