You can buy the cutouts and grills from edel-car-parts.de (stupid site wont let you link directly but they're in the Speedster -> Aerodynamik section) for €219. I guess any decent bodyshop with fibreglass experience can fit them and blend them in relatively easily.

Ah, great thinking severnless, it shouldn't be too tricky to put in a bolt in brake cooling duct collector, which is painted satin black and sits behind the grill...
Does anyone have some of those ducts from the german site already? Once the mould is made it should be fairly easy to integrate them into the lower section with a bolt on collector. Pre-shaped good quality mesh should be pretty simple to fit behind them. Thoughts?

Someone I chatted to today thinks they know where they're from.
severnless - Those plastic collectors would be great, hopefully it's possible to get hold of ones which are large enough. Standard moulds will be done first then modified ones.
