You can just gently pull it off. Best to do when its been in the water or is in the water.
Just spent a while pulling tons of skin off my Sailfin, Funny how he lifts his leg in the air as if to say get this lot off me :lol:/>
Then he eats most of it
My snake always shed cleanly in one piece, eyes ,mouth and a full skin every time
Very nice, not your avarage lizard! You got any pics, there are too many pages of cats in this thread will take me ages to look back through past pages haha really fancy a monitor lizard but until I get a bigger house I don't have the space

Window board Ian ffs....the cill is on the outside lol
Our two don't go out, I don't even think they want to tbh. If I go out into the garden they will follow, but they wouldn't exit otherwise unless something is left open for an extended period of time.
On a usual day they will sleep all night until somebody gets up. Then downstairs for some nosh and straight back upstairs for more zzzzz
They'll then wake up when we get home and stay with us until we go to bed.
Lazy feckers
Sorry, window board.
Our two must be related they sleep a lot too. They do tend to get up at 4 and storm around the house like a herd of elephants play fighting though.

Bengals are beautiful and we couldn't afford a pair so we opted for two wild kittens from the campsite we stay on in Italy. We were supposed to bring them home in September but couldn't get their injections and passports done in time so our friend bought them over in November.
They have settled in very well and don't seem to interested in going out, could be the British weather.
I think cats go out for three reasons; other than their owners not wanting to smell cat sh*t (decent clumping litter solves that):-
sh*t
Play/kill
Shag
These can be removed and they will be very happy if you:-
Litter Tray cleaned daily
Toys/free roam/get more than one cat
Butcher their nads before they know what they are there for
Job jobbed....happy cats and happy owners

They are awesome

They are old pics, he is bigger and unfortunately the female died, she fell from the top of the curtain rail
Monitors are great ,get quite big and need a lot of work
Sailfins are very rare, I can't find a female to replace her
He is full grown now at 3ft

Persians are very good house cats, good chilled out temperament but need daily grooming and clean manky stuff from their eyes frequently. To you guys who have got cats, are they house cats? We'd like to get cats but the road outside can be so busy at times, those neighbours that have had cats don't have them for long :'( Are house cats practical? Pitfalls, shortcomings or any other info gratefully received.
We have no need to let ours out but on nice dry days she gets to go into the garden with a harness and lead to stop her going too far.
Generally she eats dry food, uses wood pellet litter in an enclosed tray and there is no smell problem.
During the day she has free roam of the house and she only scratches her pads (prefers horizontal scratch pads rather than posts).
When on holiday or away for a few days we use a pet sitter who will keep up the grooming and spend some time playing, feeding and cleaning the litter tray. They cost about the same as the very local cattery and no need for the cat to leave her territory.
We could and eventually will get another but just the 1 seems to be very happy at the moment and she is the centre of attention.

He was 66g when hatched and a mate brought his 4 week old corn snake round. Weighed 8g, at 4 weeks old haha! Basically a multicoloured worm
