Quick question for those who fitted the revotec heater mod.
...are you getting a 'plastic' type smell from the hoses through the heater?

I did - it's further up in the thread. I got a very bad rubber smell - got so bad that I kept the heater off, or had to open the window.
Revotec exchanged it for one made differently with no problem - just contact them.

Cheers Y or B, I'll do that. I'm sure I have some big silicone elbows in one of the sheds, so might try that while I'm waiting as the smell really has got strong.
....if we were actually having a summer I wouldn't have this black cloth thing where the sky should be and it wouldn't be an issue
