well the Alfa Romeo 2.2 JTS 4.17 close ratio M32 gearbox (4.17 V1) is superb Imnotworthy oh and the extra torque from my new exhaust is also very nice :D

Excellent news. Are you back on the road again now? Driving down to Cliffie's last night, I really wanted a 6-speed box. This 4,000rpm rev limit is doing my head in.

yes it's finally back on the road, been a long time :( starts on the button now I have a 4+1 trigger wheel and ecu software, Webcon certainly have the best after sales service chinky chinky ps: I have a spare 2.2 M32 gearbox and a set of 3.95 V2 and 4.17 V2 internals

I knocked up my 36-1 trigger wheel the other week bolts straight on front pully
I am in need of a 6 speed soon


can you make up a 60-2 trigger wheel by any chance? Imnotworthy

I have finally changed the 6th gear from a sprint gear to a cruise gear, originally it only dropped about 600rpm from 5th to 6th, now it should drop 1250rpm :D

There won't be many more vx220 M32 conversions because lotus have made one of the necessary gearbox brackets obsolete thumbsdown

Unfortunately Lotus have made part number B124A0091F obsolete earlier this
year so we will not be able to supply this part.

I hope so because this is on my to do list.

If anyone is willing to provide me (temporarily) with the mentioned bracket I will arrange to get it fabricated, even mounting point measurements and a photo will do.
