how hot does the inlet manifold get?
when running higher power?
Dunno. MAXR might have an idea as his was running similar power before it went pop. I guess he's done some temperature monitoring at some point although he had the full monty ProAlloy charge cooler and twin fans. Did you do the twin pass mod on the Laminova cores as that's meant to help reduce the temperatures as well?

this is what im going to do next, the duel pass mod and charge cooler with twin fans.
is the rad just the same as a normal rad? but with two fans on it?
does the normal rad sit under-neath the proalloy charge cooler with twin fans? or do you just use one rad?
edit - that is correct yob

Dual pass setup is meant to be a very effective mod and well worth doing. Might be worth getting some temperature monitoring strips and sticking one on the inlet if you do really want to know. Something like this (although I'm sure there are cheaper out there, not from Demon Thieves).
The ProAlloy pre-rad is slightly different to their uprated alloy radiator but there's not a lot in it. The pre-rad actually fits horizontally underneath the original radiator and it has the twin fans mounted on the underside of the pre-rad pushing the air up through the pre-rad and then on and up through the normal cooling system radiator. It's a fair bit of extra weight once all the coolant is in but very neat as you can't tell there is anything different to a standard car.

I really would do the engine mods first - there's no way you'll be able to restrain yourself from using all the power on track, and the last thing you want is a rod failure

10 quid says you'll have rods in there by the end of March...
Or and engine with holes in
