SC pulley is the standard lsj one, but moved out by 1-1.5mm so the belt can sit on the inner ribs

But not sure if this is really necessary, ask Courtenay...

will do buddy, cheers

When you compare the 6 peak LSJ bottom pulley to the 5 peak 2.2, the ribs are off set so to align the 6 peak supercharger pulley to the 5 peak 2.2 set up the pulley needs to be pulled out 1.5 mm, then you use the inner 5. It may not be absolutely necessary, however we had a belt scare mid 2008 when the belt spec changed unbeknown to us  and we would rather not have another :D

It seems that my problem with the EGR cheater turned out to actually be an intermittent wiring problem on one of the injectors and every time I replaced the cheater with the egr Valve I move the wiring harness and cured the problem for a while :beat:
