Looks nicer than the Fleapit... sorry Racing Hotel... and we can just get apartments booked up. Self catering and a bar on site plus we can BBQ.

Bloody good price. But, if the facilities on site aren't too clever and god forbid, the bar shuts early, we're a bit fecked for alternatives. Doesn't look like there's an easy way into Malmedy (which is meant to be pretty nice) unless it's cross country.

a no go for le relais pommard (no car park)

so two choice faulty towers or best westerns (not always the best for price on the final bill )

I'm game for the Best Western if that's what everyone else wants to do (pretty cheap). It doesn't look like there is any parking there at all, though. Saying that, I'm not bothered about leaving my car on the street. Just want to get something sorted, sooner, rather than later. Must check the AA discount out, I usually use a Best Western when I stay in Chester.

We can reserve parking in a local car park for €7 a day.

through booking.com it's €158 for the hotel for 2 nights, book through euro tunnel for £100 = £237 per car/ £118 each.

Single room =€138
double/twin = €158
suite = €238

Spa Trackday 1st April 2010

We are checking final numbers of people that put their names on the interested list to make sure they don't miss out.

So far 15 VX's are confirmed for the trackday and have booked with Lotus on Track

We are organising group travel via the Euro Tunnel and a convoy route for those coming from the UK.

We are discussing accomodation with a local hotel and these details will be finalised soon , however we do need to know approximate numbers of rooms.
