note to self , weather check on tyre choice , then get tyres fitted to suit

Will make the call the day before as I've at least got the benefit of two sets of wheels. Spa is totally unpredictable weather wise but historically, looks reasonable at the end of March. Currently toying with a compromise option of a set of the R1R's. :unsure:

i have a spare set of TMS silver TD's as well now, or my black ones with a full deep cut soft compound mud and snow tyre that I am hoping make a good wet tyre.

I have almost finished putting together the s/c engine so will be fitting it at the weekend. Looks like Spa may be the first drive of the new Striker, lets just hope it all works. Nothing like leaving it to the last minute !!!! Oh, and i need to change the suspension springs, refit the dash, alter the loom, replace the front wheel bearings, fit the seats when they arrive, so what can possibly go wrong ?

Jeez, you guys make me feel organised!!!!! Just got back in from a VERY long day at Hofmann's!!!! My car is good to go (kind of). So I'm having a shake down with MartinS at Goodwood Saturday just to fine tune my settings :)
