Oh Joe, I'm so sorry to see this after the huge amount of work you'd put into the car. Your project thread title seems all too prophetic now. I know I'm new to this forum and so far I've not really contributed a lot but I have to agree with what everyone else has said and extend my condolences for your loss. I'd like to add that after being around cars for over 40 years I've seen and experienced similar things on numerous occassions before, you'll never exactly replace what you had but you will draw on all the knowledge you gathered along the way to make the next project, whatever it may be, even better. Good luck. P.S. It's true, at least no one was hurt, objects can be replaced, people can't.

Bugger! To put it mildly. It's never nice to see a car go. Must feel worse when its not even your fault! As the other have said, glad that your ok and weren't in it at the time. There's always another one that you can build/modify/tweek/customise. I really hope the insurance give you full and true value.
