Cheers for the suggestion, but having looked at a very similar product in a trade store previously and I had to write that off as it looked as though it would break down too quickly if the soft top was rolled up a few times. The additional issue was that (when trying with a peice of tin foil inside some cut offs we were had) it made the stitching very labour intensive as it just didn't seem to want to work through the sewing machine very well.


I only surggested it as I sell a similer thing to caterers. A foil lined bag, foil on the inside and paper on the outside, keeps the heat in really well, doesn't degrade quickly or easily. I've got a couple of spilt bags, i'll see how well the wear, if I send you some any chance you could insert them into the lining for me?

Wow.... I wasn't actually expecting this many in total, over the two week order period, let alone in less than 2days. My initially estimate was that it would only be about 6-8 people that wanted these, hence my rather urgent order yesterday to the different fabric suppliers for an initial batch of 10 that I am gonna try and get started this weekend, just to allow Annette enough time in the original manufacturing window for the rest to be made and sent before the originally proposed date of end of this month.

Thank god she has retired! thumbsup

It is the shed for the Flat below, at the missus'. It turned out that the owner wanted to put some randon items in it about 2-3months ago and could find the key so he just ragged it open. What you can't see is the strips of plastic screwed across the frame and the door at the bottom to stop the door blowing into my car when it gets windy.

Was thinking about using the shed to store these items for the eBay sales after the vx-owners batch has been done.
