In my Max Power days I knew Jakki Degg as we discovered her as well as Jordan (Katie "Horror" Price), Lallani, Nicola Ulian, Michelle Marsh and most of that era's P3 girls.

In my year in Moto GP and World Super Bikes I have had lunch with Rossi and dinner with Troy Corser, I used to watch the SBK races from Max Biaggi's pit garage and was on good chatting terms with James Toseland and picked up Nori Haga's kid when he fell of his bike in the paddock.

Had a long chat with Jenson Button the year he signed for Williams when he came into my office and used to work with Jezza Clarkson on Performance Car and James May on Car magazine.

Oh, and Jonathan Palmer once took my Mini out and threw me round Silverstone to show me how it was done.

There is a West End star called Kerry Ellis who used to blag fags off meand we would chat back stage when she was on tour oh and talking of smoking, my old smoking buddy at Emap was none other than Vicky Butler Henderson.

Rio Ferninand's wife is a close friend of our next door neighbour so we get to see them a few times a year for dinner/BBQ. Super chap. I used to play tennis with David Ginola at David Lloyd Finchley when he played for Spurs. Suzanne Mizzi (former Page 3 girl - sadly passed away this year) was married to one of our best friends. Jeff Wayne (War of the Worlds) is in our tennis team at our tennis club. Dickson Etuhu (Fulham FC) lived next door to me at my old house. Harry Enfield used to come in my shop every week and we would often chat - said he based his characters on people he met!!!!

Cliffie - Vicky Butler Henderson you say, tell me she's as filthy as I imagined when I was 14 and used to watch her on Top Gear. Saying that I'd still do very dirty things with her now :)

After a mad thread with gooseka last night, me and the legend that is iceman got chatting about motorbikes. i mentioned that i was lucky enough to spend a bit of time with another legend barry sheene. now iceman said i was a name dropper he was only joking mind you, so a couple of people mentioned a few celebs they have met. SO go on drop those names, sad i know but a laugh. rules are ........... you must have spoken to them or even know them.

Firstly, I know many famous people through my work but they are all cricket people so naturally to the majority of viewers on here rather dull and it would be a long list of "Who the feck is that?!"

Personal people who I am lucky to actually call and say hello to are -

Robson Green and Vanya his missus - my old next door neighbours
Jim Davidson - through my Carp fishing days
The Roux Brothers - French Chefs
Hugh Grant - golf partner in some competitions and I just bug him now but he is a nice chap
Aggers - through work but good pal now
and my wife - she has been in films so counts and she is my celeb shag
Alex Macqueen - Holby City actor and Gay dad in the Inbetweeners...not that famous but known him since school

Back in the days 1980's, I regularly met Faith Brown who has huge tits, Alvin Stardust and some other 80s celebs through my Dad's work. Brian May was my hero and I was lucky enough to play the guitar with him when he came to see my Dad.

Woah!! I have to correct this before my reputation suffers irrevocably (perhaps it already has... )

I "befriended" a fellow TVR owner from the midlands because he happened to snap some photos of my car. Some days later, facebook in it's wisdom suggested Steve's friend Craig as someone I might know... The name sounded familiar, so I clicked to find out who he was - but accidentally clicked on "send a friend request" instead. It seems there is no way to undo such a request - so I had to wait until he accepted me before I could "unfriend" him again - but obviously not before he latched onto Ali - sorry!

I note that Steve has recently added Brian Dowling as a friend too - the man is shameless.
