Guys, been sooooo busy that I have just not had time to take pics and update on here. Blame work and the goverment I support lol Anyway car has gone over to Dave's unit last week to finish last of the fabrication work and then up to Chris RR who is helping to finish the loom / wiring hell before sticking on the rollers. Due to Dave on holiday I cant do much for the next 2 weeks but I go on holiday in 5 weeks and this and the standalone vxr conversion into n/a need to be finished - boss ladies words not mine lol It has taken a long time and both Luke and I have had delays but there is no manic rush to get finished but really happy with everything done so far and def worth the wait for the best vx performance package. Have no doubt this conversion will change the baseline for what is a seriously fast usable vx220. And as a bonus better mpg than a stock vxt lol ECU recently underwent an update which gives even better linear deliver and removes a chunk of low down torque which can of course be added via the switch if you want manic low end torque - also 25% throttle pedal = 25% tb how it should be On 3rd order of exhaust pipework :S but looks like the 2D stuff is going to work fine DG

Luke & I had a long convo prior to dropping the car off as we both knew I would be very limited early on in what I could commit to it. And of course things have delayed both side and we are both 100% fine about it. Difference will be the 2nd one waiting to start in where everything is already designed and happy with and will be more like a month drive in / out. Been the 1st is always the hardest, but all the rework and running around is not at extra cost to Luke, things like this alway give you extra challenges you dont forsee but thats half the fun

The fact he is a bad arse marine dude worknig away with work a lot also has helped to live without the car

Regardless of his car, get on really well with Luke and a great guy and know he will be very very happy with the finished product. Keep the faith guys........vagness is getting a lot closer
