Had a text off Dg today saying he is receiving silicon parts today for intake and cc install. Been a few delays with Dg being ill and buying a new house amongst working on other peoples vx's I just need to get saving my pennies now for exhaust system :(

Yep between new promotion at work, young child to look after, collection of vxness and getting really ill I am a bit behind but fighting fit and just waiting for a few deliveries to finish the plumbing in the car, got to steam clean the box and final engine back together with clutch and have a proper update with pics in the next few weeks Also waiting for Lee2.2 to drop back the original loom and few other bits I need to sort the wiring out and may go mad and start it lol DG

Too far down the road to turn back so have no choice but to stick with it. I'll never get rid of it. It's one of those things that I just love. Sounds wierd as I'm only 23 but it makes me feel young again haha

I do miss my vx, next one will be a bit special mind and a heap of work to get right ;) but will not be this year now due to house purchase :( The S3 conversion would be the sensible option as all the work will be done and just build it but that RS4 engine soooooooo wants to be in my daily drive, even if it goes against my love for forced induction. Should sound funky :P DG
