Stupid crappy man flu, can't stop shaking, exhausted, not slept properly for 3 nights. Only 1 more sleep til Christmas...I know it's been done but I'm trying to find a reason to be cheerful.

After a good few months of it being under control got slapped hard by insomnia last night. Being away from home with work didnt help but i hope this isn't the start of my issues again :(

Ive been informed that Vic vapour rub or similar pasted on feet helps sleeping not sure if this works but when someone asked me if I knew Vic Burns, I had to say no except I was aware it did if you shoved it up your arse :)
