Well, tonight it's not insomnia. I have a very early flight so instead of a nervous sleep waiting for the alarm bell to ring I've taken some modafinil and am staying up all night. Getting lots of things done - laundry, paying bills, big tidy. Quite enjoying it.

I am in bed now. Had a nap between 6pm and 7pm and now knackered. Sea air I guess and three long walks. Wife went to bed last night at eleven and slept till 1pm. Ridoculous really.
