I hope many, as this is quite vulnerable irreparable item. Original is expensive as hell and mediocre. With improved technical design and E marking on front glass, Tom can probably sell many. I already got feeling that market prices of original are falling due to expectation of Tom's production run.

I still don't have a good idea of how many I can produce per week, but if work continues the way it is then I won't be doing many more than the current commitments. I'll try to get a timeline up of current commitments when I get back in the country in a week.

Don’t suppose there’s anyone on the list ahead of me that would be prepared to swap queue position on these is there? I have an MOT due in less than two weeks & the Highland Hoon coming up rapidly. The stupid dipped & main beam HID kit on mine looks like it might need junked. Currently not lighting up on the dipped beam O/S and with it being a seemingly unusual HID kit, it’s looking like a PITA to swap out for standard just to pass an MOT. Doesn’t make much sense when some smart Fezza units aren’t far away either. Prepared to discuss bribery/deal-sweeteners :D

Depending on your tester, HIDs may need to be junked following new MOT rules anyway so bite the bullet and swap standard bulbs back in.  Unless some loon has been chopping wires, it should be a case of uncliping a few from the feed to the balast, and plugging them back into the rear of the bulb.

Nice one. Thanks. Will do. Hoping the spaghetti of wires isn’t a chopped up bastardisation. I didn’t check throughly. I was too busy fending off cats, children and calls from work :D

Hi,

I also interested on a pair of it,but I need a LHD version do you offer them also?

Are you still accepting more orders?

Or do you want to wait until you have a finished result?

Regards Andi

Offside

Everything's done, rear covers have vacuum former finalised, all jigs for assembly are complete.

Rear view:

Nearside:

Vacuum former still in development as LED highbeam unit has asymmetric mounting. Lack of reference points has made this work incredibly frustrating and slow. The former is almost complete but will be hampered by my fairly intensive travel schedule before all the OEMs take holiday over the summer
