Exhaust paid for and sold.

Turbo, Manifold and Intake kit - Sold pending payment.

The only item left to sell is the fully forged engine, which I thought would be the first thing to go!

re: Engine Whats actually been done the cast iron part of the block itself, is it Zlet or Zleh , for the sake of someone trying to make a good one, and the cyl#2 suspected problem not actually proven? Anything done to the cylinder head? Any pictures of this with the head taken off?

The block and bottom end are LET. The cylinder head is LEH. These are oem items. The con rods are Arrow and the pistons are Mahle. All the bearing etc have been replaced with Mahle up rated items and the engine balanced. It has a multilayer standard compression head gasket on. The engine ran as sweet as a nut when removed which can be backed up by a couple of garages and DuncanVXR. It did however smoke when it came onto boost. A compression test showed that cyclinder two was slightly lower than the other cylinders. The engine was removed due to wanting to sell the car at a more sensible power level as the high 300's bhp is quite a niche market. Not because i wasnt happy with how the engine was running. The reason for deciding to get rid of the car is because the engine kept destroying gear box's and my patience had ran out! I hope that helps and answers your questions. Zach

To be honest, if the engine is out of the car why no just drop cyl 2 out and check the rings?

I thought Id offer it up at a bargain price for someone with the know how and/or a project on the go first. For simplicity more than anything.
