Looking at the Racelogic site it doesn't look like that is an option. I think when you have the digital adjuster, launch control just comes with it as a menu option. Is it possible to have the full throttle shift but without the launch control? Would want the digital adjuster too. In theory it would save 60 quid, can Mr Tuneconcept confirm this?

Cheers CS, I saw a pic of these filter boxes and they had what looked like AMP Superseal connectors on. Are they supplied with these (or any other connectors) or just wires? I know you did a lot of work on the low speed signals. What's your suggestion as far as the abs wiring goes for best signal quality? Solder or a connector of some type?Note: I will deliver the filter units for this group buy. These are the original ones. Tuneconcept is the only valid reseller for these units. The Racelogic is an absolutely great addon for our cars. You will love it.

No connectors are delivered with it. They are not necessary. These are no high frequency signals, so no special connection is necessary here. You may solder, you may take a (good = sealed) connector, do as you like. But create a good connection. Do not take things like this here
Using such things (don't know the english name, in german we call them "Stromdiebe") will lead to signal problems after some time, because the connection is not very good and the copper tends to corrode in moist conditions.
One thing that came to my mind right now:
Be sure that the Racelogic Traction Control systems ordered are the ones with the "long ABS cables" for mid- or rear-engined cars. It's very important that the shielded cables are long enough to go through the sill to the front of the car, reaching the ABS ECU.
For wiring just take a look into the shortform I wrote in english. The positions of all components are shown there. Also the wiring diagram shown above is very important. If you wire according to it, you are on a good way.
(you need a login to get there, just PM me to get it, it's not an open public blog)

dismantled digital adjuster box (large image alert)
you could easily locate the display elsewhere, and have the adjuster pot on the steering wheel.

if you don't mind me asking as i am interested,is this mainly for normal road use as a safety thing?or are most of you buying for using your cars on track? have had one or 2 we moments myself and think this could be a nice addition to have.

Speaking for myself it's purely for road use, and as it's fully adjustable presumably there's no reason why it wouldn't be of use on a track too.if you don't mind me asking as i am interested,is this mainly for normal road use as a safety thing?or are most of you buying for using your cars on track? have had one or 2 we moments myself and think this could be a nice addition to have. steve.

Similar for me.... Traction control for road, especially crap weather LSD for track90% for road use to avoid SSSF or just F moments. 10% for dicking about (so on track obviously)
