"The FIA has opened a selection process for a new team to join the Formula 1 grid from as early as the 2015 campaign, a move that would bring the number of outfits involved in the sport back up to 12.
Interested parties have been requested to register "a formal expression of interest" with the governing body's Secretariat by 5pm CET on Friday January 3, following which each party will be given further details."

HRT F1 ( ex Campos Meta 1 and Hispania Racing ) , went at the end of 2012
Seems today that Sutil has a contract with Sauber , which still leaves Gutierez unconfirmed as his teammate.
Bianchi seems to be confirmed with Marussia
