supercharger laminova dual pass conversion

I need the coolant manifold that bolts onto the supercharger inlet manifold body. This is the component that can be modified to make the system "dual pass". The standard part is GM 12584351.

 

Have attached a pic to show exactly the bit I need in either standard or dual pass configuration.
