With David Coulthard as occasional 4th host apparantly.

The bbc have just announced Matt LeBlanc is to be one of the presenters, with 'Additional Top Gear cast members will be confirmed shortly'. Maybe Sabine and Chris will be the additional cast members?

First programme is out in May so I'd have thought they'd know by now?

Just read that myself... was not expecting that!

Just because LeBlank is a petrol head, does not mean he could do the job. If that was the case, there are enough vx'ers on this site that are not only petrol heads but have a good knowledge motor vehicles. Top Gear worked because the presenters bonded together and where like good mates to each other. They were motor journalists and understood motor vehicles. Listening to them describing a vehicle while driving it, the car became something with a heart and soul. Just putting petrol-heads in charge won't make it a success.

rant over.

Tribbiani should = May replacement... Tall, robust and monotonous.

Evans should = Hammond replacement... small, excitable and first class idiot

As for Clarkson... Only some crass, loud-mouthed Yorkshire man could really fit...How about Darren Gough (he knows his cars quite well, given a lengthy chat I had with him about my VX a few years back).

Judging by the comments on here they shouldn't call it Top Gear.

To be fair, the line up doesn't include Piers Morgan.
