Good to see some grime and rust on the subframe mate, shows you are concentrating on the important stuff. :)

 

DIY is the highest cause of hospital A&E unfortunately. I try and keep my GF away from power tools and ladders or she'd be dead by now!

Well she is ok apart from a fractured elbow and 3 smashed teeth all tucked up having a sleep ,bloody women will do anything for  some attention while you are working on your car lol

This is all your fault Lee. If you didn't buy the 1900 harrop you would have been doing he diy Just saying that this will be the future argument for years to come Glad she's on the mend :)

Cheers ,i will be adding some more gold i think not to much but a bit more i do love the wheels  :wub:

 

i will be tacking some camber of the rear but then will have to fit some rear arches as  i think it will rub

NOw you have done a few miles read the ecu and see what the fuel trims are Have youchanged injectors yet

Cracking :) What arches you thinking? Ive been contemplating actually making arch extensions part of the clam rather them bolt on nasties.

Haven't put the big injectors in yet  i have asked Richard to send me a map or do you reckon put them in and take it for a drive ? and do some fuel learning ?

Cracking :) What arches you thinking? Ive been contemplating actually making arch extensions part of the clam rather them bolt on nasties.

Yes i would rather try extend the clam  what you thinking ?

whilst your running the engine in keep it as it is or at least until you go over 5000 rpm keep looking at the fuel trims 

and get as many log files as you can as it will help pick your pressure range in future when things start getting at higher rpm  as we are in new territory 

you could also stick it in to a fuel learn but will be best to do logs first so we can see whats happening

 

how is it on the cams at low rpm

low rpm is really good drives well and clutch is really good its allot better than i thought it would be so all posatives so far ;-)

if weather is good tomorrow will go out for a drive get the first 100 miles done and change the oil and filter ,its strange putting crap cheap oil in it to bed everything in lol

Did you get the 4 paddle clutch in the end mate from the company I sent the link with or did you go the custom route with them?

Did you get the 4 paddle clutch in the end mate from the company I sent the link with or did you go the custom route with them?

They took ages to get back i went the courtenay root cheaper i think
