This is obviously happening reasonably frquently....but I just don't get it??....I and many of my friends have sprinted/ tracked/ raced many a westfield (and some with WAY more power & torque than the VX) with 8.8 or 10.9 bolts on all suspension/ hub points....And I havenever seen a failure yet

This thread is over a year old! Have there been any failures since?This is obviously happening reasonably frquently
the car inquestion is now written off...what a waste of time/effort/money in getting that new hub carrier a year ago 
and who knows....maybe the spin was caused by another hub carrier failure? You never really know with a write off. Mabe all crashes should have a airline style investigation
