Also it will go

tank pump -> swirl pot -> high pressure pump -> rail/reg -> return to swirl pot. the Swirl pot will take its highest outlet to the tank return.

So the pot should have 4 connections to it. atleast one low one and then atleast 2 high ones and the other, well that isnt mega fussy where that is

this is the diagram i have been following:

personally I'd swap the returns over... as once the pot is "full" to the rail return level its going to make things a little harder to get the return fuel into the pot (only marginal but its best to play things safe)

Those tires look pretty worn! You should really replace them with a good set of A048s! ;)

2.9 is a good choice I think to keep some efficiency in the SC. Do you have the dual pass cooling mod on the laminova's?

Very interested in the results, as this is about the same set-up I've planned for the winter. (+ maybe some cams)

yes it has the dual pass mod thumbsup also the fuel rail return goes to the top of the swirl pot and the fuel tank return goes to the upper side take off.

Not as much as me, as I've got the same pulley sat on the desk in front of me, at the moment. Bloody thing is so light it won't even make a decent paperweight if it doesn't work out on Joe's car.

But, yes, like me, Joe has the dual pass mod (I think).

yup got the duel pass mod, pro alloy rad and header tank (your one Imnotworthy ) as i had heat problems at 270bhp at the last remap which limited the efficency as you can see on the graph

also got piper cams so will see how they do..
