sorry for the delay after courtenays i had to drive home and then drive to work!

that is my graph, as you can see i didnt get what i wanted, need a 3" exhaust as my 2.5" is now pretty restrictive also need a even smaller pulley or harrop

there is still more to come from the remap but only managed to get an hour on the rolling road in the end

but the performance of it now is amazing!!

the red line is off the remap when i first had the conversion done (before it blew up!) and now with the low comp pistons etc i havent gained much bhp (3bhp to be exact!) but i have pretty much 20bhp more throughout the whole rev range except from about 6.5-7k rpm. however i also have 20lbs more tourque which just throws you into the seat

love how it has turned out i am really happy with it at the moment and the main thing is that the engine is now built to last and will hopefully last a very long time

273 bhp is still bloody good you can see on that graph that the power seems to be restricted at high rpm

i got one off piper cams 266 yeah you can see how restrictive that full 2.5" system is at above 6500rpm maybe a 3" system have to go back to courtenays too finish off the mapping as only managed to grab an hour on the rollers so when i go back i will see about a new system thats if i can get away without letting the miss's notice

Well done Joe I must admit I thought the 2.5 might have gone a bit higher on the power level till it got restrictive Just need to find that 3" system, my cams wouldn't have helped then. Next Standalone
