*UPDATE* just got back in from running the pipes front front to back. just for reference this is how i did it: get a 1/2 inch copper pipe 2metres long and push the 2 blocks that are in the sill out of the way then attach the pipe to the copper pipe using tap (dont use alot!!) then thread the pipe through until you hit the top of the sill then put your hand down the sill and un-tape the pipe from the copper pipe (if you dont have small arms then dont bother trying  ) then thread through to holes (you will have to make this holes) then do this again for the second pipe thumbsup plans for the rest of the day are: rivet the fan to the new radiator fit the pre-rad fit the radiator fit water pump put the clam back on (hopefully / i think! )

i'll do it this summer. Trouble is, in the summer, i say i'll do i as a winter project. Winter is too bloody cold for projects. So i'll do it this summer and miss a year. By that time you'll have finished your SC and can tell me how to do it. Job done.

can you not get it done by then? all the bolts you really have to worry about are the ones by the doors. just stick an alan key in them and hope they arent rounded off. if they are leave it until after the wedding

How exactly did you feed that 2m pipe through the sill? From front (make hole in wheel arch) or is it possible from the rear??

No worries Vocky and bloody vauxhalls ay! i made 2 holes (front clam off) then fed the pipes from the back to the front as stated above and then put my hand into the sill and fed it through the holes whilst i was pulling from the otherside! quite hard to explain  hope this helps
