anyone know what flow these injectors are (standard z20let ones I believe) I read somewhere 370cc at 3bar is that correct? I think our standard fuel system is slightly higher than 3 bar?

The injectors you have are rated 355cc @ 3.0 bar (3 bar being the industry standard measuring pressure) The Z2.2SE runs at 3.8 bar fuel pressure which upscales the injectors to 399.56cc

starts and idles like a pussy cat :D
but anything over 1200 rpm it starts to growl like a dog :P
time for a tidy up then start tuning it

The box of tricks that controls the throttle. Software on the chip still being tweaked, and proper PCB being developed.

frustrating weekend trying to find why the engine was running lumpy above idle ( was worried I'd damaged the engine somehow). After messing with all the timing gear and even putting the standard ecu back on to see if it gave me any fault codes, turns out one of the injector pins had come out where it connects to the injector. Put it all back together and running great. I've not taken it for a ride yet, but I'll be putting the clam back on and tidying things up over next few days. Luckily ms has an autotune feature if you have a wideband sensor, so it should be able to get a nice steady map on it after a bit of driving in circles.

This way doesn't give enough cable movement to open the new tb fully :(
So I'm on the hunt for a new pedal with longer travel
does anyone (slindborg) know the price of the pilbeam one or the weber one?

cheers

Pilbeam made me giggle........ wait for it......... £130 +vat and delivery!!!!!!!!!!!! and theirs is the simplest looking setup!

If you are handy with bending metal (or know somewhere that can) then I bet you could get one made for all of £50max Have a look on the pilbeam site for some decent images of the pedal + mount.

That or you could fit a linkage somewhere along the line so the travel you have gives 90deg movement.

I guess I could have a go at making one out of plate
