thank you all, insurance has now all gone through and have agreed a price and now waiting for the money to be sent to my account

i have to say i have heard bad things about adrian flux, however now i cannot complain about there service! considering i made the claim on monday and now the money has been confirmed and am awaiting for it to be processed

big to adrian flux from me!

now what to get next?

Fcuk, Joe. That does look a little toasty. Hope you reached a sensible agreement on value between you? Good to know it's been quick and relatively straightforward. I guess there's a benefit to not having to argue blame with a 3rd party insurer, as well.
