Deliveries will start at the end of this month/start of next. The prototype rear enclosure for the remaining side is complete and will be cast into the vacuum former next weekend (until then lots of sanding and polishing)
I'm sure you know this... but if the rear enclosure is made of same material as OEM, I had great results with nail varnish removing pads!!! My version of an ascetone bath

These headlights look excellent - but I guess the test is going to be how well the lenses stick to the body?

Composite bonding has come on a long way in 20 years since these headlights were first developed. Doesn't look like it'll be a problem

Progress:
1. Offside parts are complete and stacked up for assembly. This side has been ready for months
2. Nearside problem part is almost resolved. Had a trial fitting of the redesigned rear cover over the weekend, need to make the cutting template then production can start
If anyone in the queue is anticipating problems with their headlight alignment then I will provide my personal headlights for their MOT until I can ship out headlights.
