Might want to look at using Solarflux-B:

Saves a lot of argon as you don't need to back-purge with this stuff. Just mix with some methanol, coat the back and weld. It forms a glassy like coating.
Not suited for sanitary/foodgrade welds, but fine for exhausts and others.
Might also want to check out the Simons weld bends that are extra-tight for the loops on the silencers:

May save cutting a lot of pie-pieces to make the bends.

thats what was on it originaly with the k04. Could have used a cast log type manifold but this wouldnt work as it would have placed the turbo in the wrong position for us and id already bought the turbo with the tial housing which didnt suit, we decided the tubular would be nicer and more worth the effort if we were making it ourself.. the firing order is 12453Would a boomarang log type manifold not do the job? What is the firing order?
