New Pro Alloy fuel tank arrived today :).....will get round to fitting this sooner rather than later after seeing Joes tank I think lol.

Also brought a new toy for the business today, can't wait to get a shake down booked for it early next year 😬. Available for higher throughout 2017

Prices will start from £1100+vat mate, this will include...

 

  • Delivery of car to the chosen circuit(price dependaing on distance)
  • Mechanic to run you and the car for the day
  • Insurance on the car(£2000 Excess)
  • Track day Entry
  • Fuel for the day
  • Tyres and wear and tear etc

Seems a good price considering it costs me about £500 per day to run my standard elise. And I have to spanner it meself.

So i had my first race this weekend in the Radical. not to shabby considering i'd never driven and Aero car before let alone this car. Qualifies P4 in wet, Race 1 was going well until we suffered from a snapped chain!....

Race 2 saw us getting up to 2nd again only to suffer with a failed sprocket carrier bolt causing us to retire on lap 3! So 2 DNF's but we showed we had the pace to run at the front which was good

So.....with much regret I'm considering the sale of my Vx due to developments/investments in my business. What would you guys recommend putting the car up for money wise?

Gutted you are selling you have put so much money and effort in it, and you will not get your money back  i would say 14-15000 if someone really wants it

£15-16k if you're lucky. Better off sticking a stock engine in and making it a stage 2 SC. Sell for £11-12k and sell of engine and other parts. Harrop £1200 Engine £4000+ Exhaust £1500 Etc......

Ask Santa if he will put his engine in your stocking ;)

 

Or you could buy the car off him and do the swap yourself and then sell his car with your engine yourself. Lots of work though, but that extra power will be really useful once you get over 100 leptons.
