Depends. If the jubilee clip on the rad end of the hose is accessible through the little access hole in the radiator shroud, it can be done clam on. If you can't get to the nut to loosen the clip, think you might need to remove the clam. Fitting the other end can be a bit of a pain as the hard pipe it connects to is free to move around in the sill, which makes life harder.
That bleed valve is much better than on my earlier version which is smooth sided and a real pain in the arse to loosen/tighten.
