I can't wait to see what it's like when it's finished. What colour did you go for in the end? (sorry if i've missed that somewhere else)

well the colour has been going over my mind for 6 weeks - i hate choices! :D

well i did have chrome orange on my mind for a long time. i know that if i went chrome orange i would really love it, and from some pics would look really amazing! my worry with chrome orange (some of you make think its daft) that after 6 months or so (maybe alot longer), i get a little fed up with driving around in a bright - bright orange car (everyday car). :( i also plan to have this car a long time.

my choice was then stealth black - think it look amazing  but this has been done a few times and wanted something a little different.

so it has come down to 3 colours which will be finalized this week :

1. gun metal - bentley do a nice one, or the one on the shelby gt 500 is done in.
2. lamborghini dark metallic grey (really dark in certain light and really light in others.)
3. audi R8 dark metallic grey, again really dark in certain light and really light in others

i really fancy a dark metallic grey, because i love the black and choices 2,3 look really dark in certain light!

I think that'll look really nice, with black wheels?

The orange would have been great though too.

Just me, but if I had the choice of any colour on the planet to spray my car - grey would be the last on the list... :sleepy: Sorry  I've had mandarin for 15 months now, and love it more each time I look at it - ETA: partly because it looks different in every light, which is part of its gorgeousness   Are you sure you'd get sick of orange?

Also is it just me or are the lines above the front wheel on the grey Lambo just like the VX? The way it swoops over and down and then doesnt line up with the lines of the door properly! Pure VX

Not a fan of the 'burgundy' :P How about photoshopping a VX in the colours you like and putting the pictures up somewhere - so you can look at them all day. You'll soon work out which colours you like, and which you get sick of seeing :)

Someone needs to do it! ....Must... resist....... Plus I need a funkin job before I spend any $ Applied for a couple of Post-doc positions as I prefer the relaxed university lifestyle to a pressurised real world RESULTSRESULTSRESULTS environment :D

Is yours finished yet? Hearing aid beige you were going for wasnt it?
