if you click the BBCode button on the top left hand side you can copy and past.

When you go to reply to a quote lets say, you will see that there is the option to put things in bold, italics, change font size etc. On the left of those options by the rubber icon is a light switch which toggles BBCode (bulletin board code) on or off. Just change that setting and try and paste into the thread.

you have Chrome installed Martin, use it for .org and IE for everything else
