So.......

after hrs of boring running in on both the road and rollers I have been able to carry out an initial power run. The fuel pump(still std at current but due to be changed before the car hits the road of course) gave up at 6500k so I had to back out at 7k.

Still..... considering we have no MW50 fitted at current and we are just on the base map(conservative ignition etc) we made 400bhp and 320ftlb @7k!!! With the rate of climb I think we will easily make 430 if not 440bhp at 7800rpm on the base map.

To say i'm happy and excited for what is ahead could be an understatement lol. I now strongly feel that with the MW50 system and correct mapping, we will be seeing 450bhp.

And you wanted a 1900 harrop charger? ;-) Do you know the boost/map pressure you had? (400hp on std fuel pump @3.8 bar? I reached to 335 @ 3bar and 14.3volt...)

Who said anything about not still wanting a 1900 😏. I think the only reason I've got away with it is because it's on the Dyno and the power runs are quite short in time etc. Max boost pressure was 1.15bar. Going to remove the fuel pump and send it to Gary at spitfire for a much needed upgrade lol

Wow! Great Result! Which cams where you using in the reference-graph of that dyno sheet? Was that a standard stage2?

Great result for those stage 3 cams that you don't loose bottom range torque! I was very curious about the torque range with that cams because I have them lying here for my own engine, too. Please keep us posted. I am very interested in the final result after it is mapped

Easily with the engine build and MW50. Sorry for not looking back through your thread but what pulley and ecu software are you on?

I hope water injection will help me past 400 and sustain that figure on track. Your liners and larger harrop will help with the temps and allow for fine tuning with the MW50 and pro mapping. The scariest thing is you will get use to the power so quickly but it's no way near usable on the road at 7.8k rpm to reach peak power.
